International Battery Metals released a December 2024 case study on our commercial modular Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) plant, a first in the lithium industry. The study details how we deployed and operated our patented lithium extraction technology at a customer’s site outside Salt Lake City, Utah, producing lithium chloride feedstock for the customer’s lithium carbonate output. The study shows how our DLE is efficient and effective, with the competitive advantage of lower capital and operating expense than other lithium extraction methods.
